Processing & Shipping policy

Order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout. 

All orders are processed within Tuesday to Friday business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and time that I am away from shop) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

  • Sale Items: These items we tend to get a high volume of orders for.  In which sale items may take an additional 7-10 days to process order.
  • Postal Service:  You may find that the postal service may take additional time with processing your package.  Once handed over to the postal service, it is out of our control.  Please allow 24-72 hours for tracking to update.
  • Holidays: During holidays, we will post an order cut off date of when we will guarantee your order will be shipped by.  Again, once in the hands of the postal service, it is out of our control.
  • Made to Order: items may take roughly 10-21 business days to process before shipping.  We strive to get orders out as quickly as possible. 
  • Super Nova Creations Store: Our current order processing times are 3-10 business days, excluding custom items, made to order items, or high demand items.  We are currently one person processing orders, so please bear with us as we work through getting your orders out as quickly as possible.  At times we do experience life pop ups such as illness or deaths in our family, this may delay orders.  We try to make sure it is posted everywhere if we are delayed on orders as well as making sure affiliates are up to date along the way to help serve customers.  We appreciate each and every one of our customers for their support.  If you ever have a question, please do not hesitate to reach out! :) You will also be required to accept our terms and conditions before checking out to show that you are aware of this policy. 

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Free (for orders over $150) US ONLY
  • Based on weight

*We currently only ship within the United States

  • Please make sure your mailing address is correct.  We ship directly to the address entered when you place your order.  If an order is returned to us or incorrect address due to wrong address entry, you will be responsible for cost of shipping back with correct address. 
  • We are not responsible for packages once they have been handed over to our local Post Office or UPS.  Please reach out your post office or UPS if you have tracking or order delivery questions.
