Refund Policy

We have a 7-day exchange only policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit.  We do not offer refunds at this time.  

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.    

To start an exchange, you can contact us at Admin@supernovacreationsllc.com. If your exchange is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package back.  You are responsible for the cost of shipping items back.  Once your exchange is received, you will receive a credit on your account to use in the amount of your exchange to find something else on our site.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  We are not responsible for shipping cost to ship rejected items back.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  This must be completed within 48 hours of delivery of package.  

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, like perishable goods (such as food items or candy), made to order items (such as t-shirts, tumblers, keychains, etc.) or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), swimwear and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept exchanges for sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.  We reserve the right to make the decision if an item will be eligible to be returned for exchange. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

Pre-orders: All sales are final on pre orders

Shipping: Shipping fees are non refundable

 

 

Credits
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you'll receive an email once we add the credit to your account with us.  Shipping is not refundable and will not be included in your credit total.  If you have any issues using your credit at check out, please reach out.
